Third Party Guidelines on Railway Risk
Summary
Section 37 of the RSA2005 places a general duty of care on all persons carrying out activities on or about the railway to have regard for their safety and the safety of others. The RSC has prepared guidance for parties external to the railway on how their activites might impact on railway safety.
